Job summary

Safe Stream Occupational Training LLC in Dubai seeks a Civil Supervisor / Project & Business Development Executive to oversee project execution, meet clients, and drive new business opportunities. You will prepare B.O.Qs, quotations, and proposals while coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.

Ideal candidates will have practical civil maintenance/construction experience, strong client handling, communication skills, and a background in sales/BD.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in civil maintenance/construction.
• Strong client-handling and communication skills.
• Sales & marketing/business development experience preferred.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• UAE experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Find new clients and generate business opportunities.
• Visit clients and conduct meetings.
• Prepare B.O.Q, quotations and project proposals.
• Supervise civil maintenance and construction projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and workers.
