Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor in Civil Engineering with 12+ years of experience in drainage and water networks, PMP certification, and proficiency in Primavera and MS Office. Strong communication and team leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering plus 12+ years in drainage/water network projects
• PMP certification and proficiency in Primavera and MS Office
• Experience dealing with construction managers, site teams, clients, contractors and suppliers
• Experience with SWS Infra & Water recycle project advantages

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, materials, schedules and resources
• Review design proposals, work programs, submittals, method statements, shop drawings and change orders
• Ensure works comply with contract specifications and safety standards
• Maintain daily diaries, prepare progress reports and liaise with client and authorities
• Collaborate with designers, engineers and contractors to resolve issues and improve quality and cost
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and support project management in decisions
