Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Resident Engineer for the Pressure & Sewerage Network project. The role requires extensive infrastructure experience and hands-on decision making on site, with strong liaison capabilities with authorities.

The candidate should hold a relevant degree and bring 10–12 years of related experience in design and site management, including QA practices and project planning using Primavera P3.

Qualifications

• Must have a relevant degree from a recognized university.
• 10–12 years of infrastructure works experience.
• Ability to take on-site decisions and liaise with DM and authorities.
• Thorough knowledge and experience in design and management of infrastructure works.
• Familiar with DM guidelines and progress tracking using QA, quantity surveying and project network techniques (Primavera P3).

Responsibilities

• Oversee site works for construction and sewage treatment plants and pumping stations.
• Ensure works align with the construction work program using QA, quantity surveying and Primavera P3.
• Manage inspection activities of all consultant staff.
• Prepare instructions, specifications, reports and cost estimates.
• liaise with DM and other infrastructure authorities.
