Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with 12 years of drainage and water network experience.
• PMP certification and proficiency in Primavera and MS Office.
• Experience coordinating with project stakeholders: Client, Contractor, CS site team, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities and coordinate schedules, resources and materials.
• Review design proposals, work programs, submittals, method statements, shop drawings, payments, variation orders and claims.
• Ensure works comply with contract specifications, quality and safety standards.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and provide updates to client and project team.
• Collaborate with designers, architects, and contractors to optimize quality and cost.
