Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an experienced Civil Quantity Surveyor to lead pre-contract estimation for EHV substations, infrastructure, and EPC tenders.

You will review drawings and tender documents, prepare material, labour, and subcontractor cost estimates, and coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Project teams to secure accurate inputs.

Minimum 7 years in civil QS and Estimation, GCC/UAE exposure preferred, and a strong grasp of rate analysis and estimation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering required.
• Experience in EHV Substation / Infrastructure / EPC projects preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant Civil Quantity Surveying and Estimation experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for pre-contract estimation, quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation for civil works on EHV Substation / Infrastructure / EPC projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, tender documents, and scope of work for accurate estimation.
• Prepare material, labour, and subcontractor cost estimates and support tendering activities.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Project teams for technical and commercial inputs.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, rate analysis, and estimation software/tools.
• Relevant GCC/UAE experience is preferred.
