• Active SOE membership and passing Dubai Municipality G+12 exam are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily QA/QC tasks to verify construction material quality.
• Inspect concrete and structural components for defects and compliance.
• Document tests, measurements and audit records for site records.
• Enforce use of approved materials and stop non-compliant work.
