Job summary

JAZAL ENGINEERING & CONTRACTING LLC is seeking an experienced QA/QC engineer for civil construction projects in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on site inspections, material review, and developing QC plans to meet project standards.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering background with 5–10 years of QA/QC experience, and a certification in ISO quality management is highly desirable. Large-scale industrial project experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is essential.
• 5–10 years of QA/QC experience in civil engineering.
• ISO or similar quality management certification desirable.
• Experience on large-scale industrial projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections to identify non-conformances and ensure compliance with project specs.
• Review and approve material submittals ensuring they meet quality requirements on site.
• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for the project.
• Coordinate with project teams to integrate quality standards across all construction phases.
