Job summary

DSCA Building Contracting in Abu Dhabi invites a qualified Civil QA QC Engineer to join our construction team. You will implement and monitor QA/QC procedures, conduct site inspections, and prepare ITPs, MIRs, WIRs, NCRs, and quality documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, 3+ years of QA/QC experience on high-rise projects (4+ preferred), and solid knowledge of civil construction quality standards and ISO 9001 practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Strong QA/QC background on high-rise construction.
• Experience with civil construction quality standards and inspection procedures.
• Knowledge of ITPs, MIRs, WIRs and quality documentation.
• ISO 9001 familiarity is a plus.
• UAE building construction experience preferred.
• Excellent documentation, reporting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor project quality assurance and quality control procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with drawings, specifications and standards.
• Prepare and review ITPs, MIRs, WIRs and NCRs and quality documentation.
• Monitor the quality of structural, concrete, reinforcement, formwork and finishing works.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants, subcontractors and project teams.
• Identify, document and follow up on NCRs with corrective actions.
