The role covers site studies, tender preparation, approvals with authorities, team leadership, procurement, and ensuring quality, safety, and deadlines. Fluent English and Arabic are mandatory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Dubai as site engineer, project manager or landscape manager in landscaping or construction.
• Civil engineering degree is required.
• Experience in procurement of civil, MEP, plants, swimming pools and finishings in Dubai, with knowledge of market prices.
• Experience in managing and developing teams on large projects.
• Proficient user of Outlook, Excel, AutoCAD and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preliminary site studies.
• Coordinate design management with Landscape Architect.
• Prepare project estimates and tender documents.
• Self-manage using initiative to provide a luxury finish.
• Apply for approvals and work inspections from ADM, TAMM & ADDC.
• Knowledgeable in approval process for service blocks, swimming pools and landscape structures.
• Produce and submit authority documentation for approvals.
• Manage project cashflow and purchasing/logistics.
• Ensure deadlines meet customer requirements.
• Prepare management plans and staff code of conduct.
• Supervise construction laborers on pools, pergola, masonry, irrigation and planting.
• Manage projects according to Quality, Environmental and H&S procedures.
• Maintain and repair tools and equipment.
• Develop and maintain excellent customer service and communication.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• English speaking is compulsory; Arabic speaker is a must.
• Coordinate with third party consultants for timely requests and submissions.

• Conducting preliminary studies of sites.
