Job summary

Pool Store Swimming Pools LLC in Dubai is seeking a Civil Project Coordinator with 2+ years of UAE experience to support swimming pool construction, landscaping and renovation projects.

You will prepare quotations, BOQs, take-offs and cost estimates, revise drawings, and coordinate with site teams, subcontractors and suppliers. Strong CAD and Excel skills are essential, and 3D skills are a plus. In-person, full-time role with salary based on experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in civil construction, project coordination, and estimation in the UAE.
• Experience preparing quotations and calculating quantities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• 3D drawing skills preferred, using SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, or similar software.
• Swimming pool, landscaping, or villa project experience is an advantage.
• Good communication, organisation, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
• Prepare and revise 2D/3D Architectural drawings based on project requirements.
• Prepare project schedules and coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Follow up on material prices, purchases, and deliveries.
• Monitor site progress and report delays or issues to management.
• Coordinate client requirements, drawing approvals, inspections, and handover.
• Maintain project records and progress reports.
