Zohorecruit in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a motivated Civil Planning Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in construction and infrastructure projects. You will plan, schedule, monitor, and control project activities to ensure timely completion in line with approved programmes, specifications, and contracts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction, infrastructure, roads, or buildings.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Understanding of baseline programmes, progress monitoring and critical path.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• UAE/GCC project experience is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and maintain detailed baseline programmes and schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Develop WBS, activity sequencing, logic, durations, resources, and milestones.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Site Engineers, QS, and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress against baselines and identify delays and risks.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and S-curves.
• Update schedules and prepare recovery programmes when required.
• Track critical path activities and advise on mitigation steps.
• Prepare look-ahead programmes for 2–4 weeks.
• Coordinate with site teams to align manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Assist in delay analysis and EOT submissions.
• Maintain records of progress, delays, variations, RFIs, and deliveries.
• Prepare progress presentations for management and client meetings.
• Identify schedule risks and propose recovery measures.
