Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an experienced Project Planner in the United Arab Emirates to join our construction planning team. The role focuses on developing detailed schedules and coordinating with engineers, production, procurement and site teams to ensure on-time delivery.

You will manage Primavera or MS Project, review cost estimates and work breakdown structures, monitor progress and costs, and prepare cutting lists to support material planning.

Qualifications

• Must have proven UAE experience in planning joinery and fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera/MS Project and CAD+T.
• Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera or MS Project.
• Coordinate with engineers, production, procurement, and site teams.
• Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and work breakdown structures.
• Monitor progress and costs, reporting deviations promptly.
• Prepare cutting lists to support material planning.
