Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Civil Maintenance Engineer to plan and execute civil maintenance projects across industrial facilities. The role covers concrete rehabilitation, roads, infrastructure, fireproofing and non-metallic utility piping repairs while coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

You will develop scopes of work for tender packages, support contracting, and mentor UAE Nationals in Civil Engineering, delivering projects on time, within scope and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in civil maintenance, ideally in a large industrial organization such as Oil & Gas.
• Experience developing scopes of work and supporting tender and contracting activities.
• Ability to manage maintenance projects within defined scope, schedule and budget requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop civil scopes of work for tender packages.
• Lead civil maintenance activities from requirements definition through execution and control.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Ensure alignment between technical deliverables and approved project requirements.
• Coordinate contract requirements to support the Maintenance Manager.
