Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Civil Foreman to supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors at the site. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills a hands-on understanding of civil engineering tasks and the ability to read technical drawings and specifications. The role requires active monitoring of day-to-day operations to ensure quality safety and timely completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of site workers and subcontractors.
  

• Interpret construction drawings blueprints and project specifications.
  

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on the site.
  

• Plan and assign tasks based on project timelines and workforce availability.
  

• Monitor the use of materials and equipment to avoid wastage.
  

• Inspect work progress and resolve any construction or personnel issues.
  

• Maintain daily reports on labor progress and incidents.
  

• Coordinate with site engineers project managers and other stakeholders.
  

• Ensure timely execution of civil tasks including excavation concreting shuttering and finishing works.
  

• Implement corrective measures when construction deviations are identified.
  

Essential Qualifications:

• Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering (or relevant field).
  

• Proven experience as a Civil Foreman (4 years).
