Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of civil design, infrastructure, construction methods, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM tools, hydraulic/drainage software.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing large multidisciplinary projects with stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Manager / Civil Engineering Director to lead civil engineering design, project delivery, technical coordination, and engineering operations across major infrastructure and development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering design, technical planning, project delivery, and engineering coordination.
• Oversee civil works, infrastructure systems, site development, drainage, roads, earthworks, and utilities.
• Review engineering drawings, calculations, specifications, technical submissions, and construction works.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, consultants, authorities, and project teams.
• Ensure projects comply with design standards, technical requirements, regulations, quality, cost, and schedules.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, engineering risks, construction challenges, and design coordination matters.
• Lead and mentor civil engineers, technical teams, and project personnel.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in civil engineering, project management, engineering consultancy, or a senior engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of civil design, infrastructure, construction methods, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in Auto CAD, Civil 3D, BIM tools, hydraulic/drainage software, or other relevant engineering software.
• Strong technical, analytical, leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage large-scale projects, multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Professional accreditation such as Professional Engineer (PE), Chartered Engineer, or equivalent is an advantage.
• Experience in infrastructure, commercial, residential, mixed-use, transportation, or large-scale development projects is preferred.
