Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, including generating quotations.
• Ability to read and interpret customer specifications and contracts.
• Valid UAE driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads and requests for proposals.
• Support the sales process from qualification to closing opportunities.
• Proactively engage with customers with professional communication.
• Deliver accurate, well-informed quotations with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Maintain CRM to ensure data integrity and track interactions.
• Follow up on opportunities to secure purchase orders and revenue.
• Develop accounts and manage sales pipeline to hit monthly KPIs.
