Job Description:

Parsons are seeking an amazingly talented Civil Engineering Diploma Intern (UAE National) to join our internship program.

Our interns are gaining hands-on experience, expanding their knowledge, and growing their network during their time with as us, as well as receiving access to events for their professional development and curated mentorship. What You'll Be Doing;

• Observe civil engineering team members as they carry out planning, design, site supervision, and implementation activities on projects
• Learn to use civil engineering tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel) under guidance
• Shadow engineers during site visits, coordination meetings, and project reviews to understand workflows and decision-making
• Assist with simple, supervised tasks such as organizing site data, updating basic project documentation, or preparing simple reports
• Learn how to read and interpret civil drawings, specifications, and other project documents
• Observe site inspections, testing, and quality checks to understand methods, standards, and best practices
• Ask questions and seek feedback to deepen understanding of civil engineering concepts, construction processes and site procedures
