Qualifications

• 8–12 years of site execution experience on utility-scale projects.
• At least 2 years direct field execution on Solar PV/BESS projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the layout, installation, and load-testing (pull-out tests) of driven or screw piles for solar racking and tracking systems.
• Direct the reinforcement, formwork, and concrete pouring for heavy equipment foundations, including BESS containers, inverters, and transformers.
• Conduct field inspections and witness tests (soil compaction, concrete slump/cube tests, pile alignment) against the QA/QC plan.
• Enforce company and regulatory health, safety, and environmental protocols across all civil execution activities.
