LT-Larsen & Toubro in UAE (Abu Dhabi) seeks a Senior Civil QA/QC Engineer to implement QA/QC requirements for civil construction, ensuring works meet drawings, specs, ITPs and contractual requirements.

You will inspect earthworks, foundations, drainage, roads and equipment pads; coordinate with teams and suppliers; manage NCRs, maintain QA/QC documentation and support ISO 9001 compliance. 6+ years of relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Solar PV, BESS, infrastructure or EPC projects preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / Quality Management Systems; QA/QC certification preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform inspections of civil works including earthworks, grading, excavation, backfilling, compaction, foundations, cable trenches, drainage, roads, fencing and equipment foundations/pads.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications and applicable quality requirements.
• Implement and monitor Project Quality Plan, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements and QA/QC procedures.
• Inspect incoming construction materials and verify relevant approvals, test reports and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate inspections and testing with construction teams, subcontractors and relevant project stakeholders.
• Identify and document non-conformances (NCRs) and coordinate corrective and preventive actions through closure.
• Maintain quality documentation including inspection reports, test results, material approvals and compliance certificates.
• Monitor subcontractor and supplier quality performance and support quality audits.
• Coordinate closely with Engineering and Construction teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Support internal/external quality audits and compliance with ISO 9001 / project quality requirements.
• Prepare quality reports and monitor relevant quality KPIs.
• Ensure proper QA/QC documentation is maintained for project handover and close-out.

Job Purpose
