Job summary

Manpower Middle East is recruiting on behalf of a landscaping and water feature contractor in Dubai for an experienced Civil Draftsman to oversee the execution of swimming pools, water features, and hard landscaping projects.

You will prepare detailed shop drawings and construction drawings, coordinate across Civil, Architectural, Structural, MEP and Landscape disciplines, review specifications, and revise drawings based on site conditions and consultant requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in swimming pool projects, water feature construction, hard landscaping works.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting standards.
• Good understanding of civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and landscape coordination.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings and construction drawings for swimming pools, water features, and hard landscaping projects.
• Coordinate drawings across Civil, Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Landscape disciplines.
• Review project specifications, design documents, and consultant requirements. Ensure drawings comply with project standards and construction requirements.
• Collaborate closely with project engineers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors. Revise and update drawings based on site conditions and project changes.
• Maintain accurate drawing records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
