Job summary

Client of Skc Management Consulting seeks a Civil 3D Modeler / BIM Engineer with 5+ years experience to join the Infrastructure BIM team in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on delivering infrastructure projects including roads and utilities using Autodesk Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Navisworks and InfraWorks.

The candidate will model and coordinate both wet and dry utilities, develop LOD 350 models, and ensure BIM standards compliance across BEP and ISO 19650 frameworks.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in Civil 3D modelling and BIM delivery.
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and applying BIM standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality Civil 3D models in line with project BIM standards.
• Create and manage LOD 350 BIM models.
• Model and coordinate wet utilities (water, sewer, storm, irrigation, TSE).
• Model and coordinate dry utilities (electrical, telecom, ICT, street lighting).
• Design and modify pressure and gravity pipe networks.
• Prepare alignments, profiles, corridors, grading and earthwork models.
• Generate surfaces, feature lines, assemblies and cross-sections.
• Perform utility clash detection and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Produce construction drawings, utility layouts, plan/profile drawings and quantity reports.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and ensure BEP/ISO 19650 compliance.
• Maintain model quality through QA/QC and BIM workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality Civil 3D models in accordance with project BIM standards
• Create and manage LOD 350 BIM models
• Model and coordinate Wet Utilities Water Supply Sewer Storm Water Irrigation TSE
• Model and coordinate Dry Utilities Electrical Telecom ICT Street Lighting
• Design and modify Pressure Pipe Networks and Gravity Pipe Networks
• Prepare alignments profiles corridors grading and earthwork models
• Generate surfaces feature lines assemblies and cross-sections
• Perform utility clash detection and resolve coordination issues with multidisciplinary teams
• Produce construction drawings utility layouts plan and profile drawings and quantity reports
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and ensure compliance with project BEP and ISO 19650 standards
• Maintain model quality through QA QC and adherence to company BIM workflows
