A luxury hotel in Dubai is seeking a Chief Steward and Hygiene Officer responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, managing stewarding operations, and leading a productive team. Candidates should possess a vocational/technical certification in hospitality and have over three years of experience in luxury hotel operations. This role requires strong technical skills, fluent English, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and guest privacy.

To execute the position of Chief Steward & Hygiene Officer, I have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar or greater role in luxury hotels with proven results. I possess a minimum of a vocational / technical certification in hospitality and more than three years’ experience in a similar hotel operational role.
Technical skills include Advanced MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I am familiar with Food and Beverage and culinary terminology, operating equipment, food and hygiene codes and controlling inventory.
Fluent in English; I understand that additional languages are preferred.
