Responsibilities

• Records to Exec Cook in regards to day to day procedures.
• Oversee the tasks of all stewarding division staff members, facilities, procedure and expenses.
• Accountable for the planning, organization and implementation of the quarterly supply matter.
• Make certain accurate inventory of all breakage as well as recommend the purchase of all operating tools.
• Communicate with the HACCP Authorities for annual audits and keep appropriate parties informed.
• Control quality of washing tools, chinaware, glassware, flatware and manage burnishing of silverware, kitchen area cleaning as well as trash disposal.
• Select correct cleansing representatives, procedures and conduct technical job understanding training.
• Assist in the control of Food & Drink divisional costs by informing electrical outlets on correct chemical usage, tools handling, breakage costs and safety problems.
• Co-ordinate with the Assistant Food & Beverage Supervisor or Electrical outlet Manager to inspect their requirements for the day as well as the following day.
• In charge of the alignment of new workers, prepare an utilities induction checklist and prepare at work training.

Requirements
