Job summary

Defense Unicorns seeks a senior leader in the Space domain to own revenue targets, drive net new business, and ensure financial discipline across margins. You will lead a cross-functional team spanning Sales, Delivery, Product, and Operations, and travel as needed for customer engagements.

Applicants should have a track record of managing revenue targets, P&L, and be eligible for or possess a Top Secret clearance, with flexibility to travel 25-50%.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance or eligibility to obtain.
• Experience managing P&L and revenue targets.
• Ability to travel 25-50% for customer engagements and planning.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the annual revenue target for the Space domain
• Drive net new revenue, expansions, and cross-sales
• Manage domain-level gross profit margins and financial discipline
• Ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction (Hero NPS)
• Build, retain, and develop high-performing Mission Directors and staff
• Act as the senior leader across Sales, Delivery, Product, and Operations
