Job summary

Talents Tide is seeking a Chief Support Services Officer (CSSO) in Dubai to lead and oversee the group’s shared services across HR, Finance, Procurement, IT and Administration. This role reports to the executive team and partners with subsidiary CEOs to drive performance, efficiency and value creation across the organization.

The CSSO will set strategy, governance, and standards for service delivery, ensure alignment with business objectives, and guide organizational transformation and growth

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large, diversified groups
• Strong background in managing shared services across multiple entities
• Solid P&L oversight, governance, and performance monitoring
• Experience engaging with boards, committees, and senior leaders

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage group-wide shared services across HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, and Administration
• Drive strategic planning, operational efficiency, and performance improvements
• Oversee P&L performance with governance and controls
• Collaborate with subsidiary CEOs to align with group objectives
• Participate in executive committees and governance bodies
• Establish governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
• Support organizational transformation and growth initiatives
