Job summary

Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and scale systems across multiple departments. You will work with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and oversee a team of 9 staff, fostering accountability and collaboration.

The role demands a strong track record in operations management, excellent communication, and hands-on implementation of efficient workflows

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations/management roles.
• Experience in media, marketing, or service industries preferred.
• Strong systems implementation and process optimization skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimise daily operations across departments.
• Lead a team of 9 employees (3 senior, 6 junior).
• Design and implement internal systems to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with General Manager on strategic plans.
• Monitor budgets and align with financial objectives.
• Evaluate strategies and propose growth-focused improvements.
• Establish and track performance metrics for senior management.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks for continuity.
• Promote accountability and teamwork across the organisation.
