AI71 is seeking a visionary (Senior) Manager, Engineering to lead our engineering squads developing cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in ML, NLP, LLM, and deploying scalable AI systems across backend and frontend stacks.

You will mentor front-end, back-end and ML engineers, define best practices for model development, manage timelines and budgets, and collaborate with customers to integrate AI into their tech stacks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML/Software engineering, with leadership exposure.
• Strong background in ML, DL, and NLP.
• Hands-on work with large-scale AI systems and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers across front-end, back-end, and ML disciplines.
• Drive development of AI and LLM-based solutions.
