Job summary

Endless is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to own the product and technology function, collaborating with the COO to scale from founder-led operations to a structured product organization. You’ll influence architecture decisions, sprint planning with external developers, security reviews, and internal tool design every day.

You will own the product roadmap, build and lead internal and external teams, enforce coding and security standards, and drive AI-powered customer service improvements,

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical background with architecture and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the product and technology architecture, decisions on stack, integrations, and technical direction.
• Define and manage the product roadmap, working with CEO, COO and Operations to prioritise the roadmap.
• Build out internal team and manage external developers and agencies, running structured sprints with deliverables.
• Own code review processes and development standards, ensuring quality across third-party contributions.
• Establish and maintain security standards, monitoring for vulnerabilities and data protection best practices.
• Own the internal platform layer, including Supabase, n8n, and all tooling that powers Endless operations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, ensuring nothing lives only in one person’s head.
• Work with Operations to translate pain points into product improvements.
• Continuously improve automation workflows, reducing manual effort and increasing platform reliability.
• Enhance and maintain AI-powered customer service systems, keeping them accurate and effective.
