Qualifications

• Experience in ultra-luxury private service or family office environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for all concierge and lifestyle needs of the principal and family.
• Arrange personalised experiences, reservations, travel, dining, events, and transport.
• Maintain a network across luxury hospitality, private aviation, restaurants, and exclusive services.
• Coordinate complex requests from planning to execution with high standards.
• Manage VIP reservations and last‑minute arrangements with speed and precision.
• Collaborate with household staff, drivers, security, travel teams, and external providers.
• Maintain knowledge of preferences, routines, expectations, and family requirements.
