Job summary

Hoxton Wealth is seeking a senior HR leader to own end-to-end people strategy, reporting to the Group COO and working with the CEO. The role will shape culture, leadership, talent, performance, and reward across geographies, including the people side of M&A.

It requires building scalable frameworks and leading a talented team, with travel and multi-market responsibilities. The role can be based in London or Dubai, with time in multiple hubs.

Qualifications

• Depth of experience as a senior HR leader (Chief People/HR Officer or equivalent).
• End-to-end accountability for culture, talent, leadership, performance, reward and the people side of M&A.
• International operating experience across multiple geographies and employment frameworks.
• Ability to design scalable frameworks, career maps and pay benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Define and codify Hoxton's culture across regions (Dubai, London, etc.).
• Build market-leading career maps and progression frameworks.
• Foster a continuous feedback culture with 360 reviews for leaders.
• Own benchmarking, pay philosophy and reward structures across jurisdictions.
• Lead the people side of acquisitions and integration playbooks.
• Design and scale the people function and hire/develop the team.
• Leverage technology/AI to scale the function and drive workforce planning.
• Shape employer brand and communications to attract top talent.
• Provide workforce data and reporting to executives and investors.
• Ensure compliance with local employment frameworks and partners across markets.
