Job summary

Peergrowth seeks an accomplished Chief of Staff to partner with senior leadership, translate strategy into actionable plans, and drive cross-functional execution across the business.

The role focuses on aligning priorities, managing strategic projects, monitoring performance, and ensuring governance and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management or related discipline; MBA advantageous.
• Significant experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, corporate planning or similar role.
• Experience working with C-suite executives, founders or senior leadership.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of performance and execution.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and coordinate stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
• High levels of discretion and professional maturity.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Translate leadership priorities into actionable plans, measurable objectives and clear timelines.
• Executive Partnership: Work closely with senior leadership on strategic decisions, business priorities and organisational challenges.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate across departments to drive alignment, accountability and timely execution of key initiatives.
• Business Performance: Monitor KPIs, analyse performance trends and prepare management reports and executive presentations.
• Strategic Projects: Lead high-priority initiatives involving business growth, operational improvement and process optimisation.
• Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication between senior management, internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Operational Excellence: Identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows and implement improvements to enhance organisational effectiveness.
• Executive Meeting Management: Prepare agendas, document decisions and track action items to ensure follow-through.
• Business Analysis: Conduct research and provide insights to support commercial decisions, resource allocation and strategic planning.
• Confidentiality & Governance: Handle sensitive business information with discretion and maintain professional judgement.

About the Role

Peergrowth is seeking an accomplished Chief of Staff on behalf of our client to work closely with senior leadership, drive strategic priorities and strengthen execution across the business.

This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded and execution-focused professional who can translate business strategy into actionable plans, coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment across key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, supporting strategic decision-making, driving business-critical projects and ensuring that key priorities progress effectively from planning to execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management or a related discipline. An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
