Job summary

Remotedxb in Dubai seeks a seasoned executive to manage time for the CEO and leadership, coordinate investor relations, and drive the companyOKR process. The role requires strong strategic oversight and interaction with the board to align on priorities and outcomes.

You will partner with the CEO, COO, and CFO to shape fundraising across venture, foundations, and grants, lead strategic projects, and oversee the operating cadence of the senior leadership team in a fast-paced, healthcare-focused

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a senior leadership role within healthcare, venture-backed startups, or consulting
• Experience supporting or leading fundraising (venture rounds, foundation grants, or philanthropic campaigns)
• Experience working directly with senior executives and board members
• Master's degree preferred in MBA, Healthcare Administration, or Public Policy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel)
