Job summary

VentureOne in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Strategy & PMO Specialist to evaluate and shape new venture opportunities from the ground up, translating insights into investment-grade recommendations. You will assess commercial potential of emerging technologies through market, customer, and competitive analysis, and work across venture blueprints and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm.
• Strong exposure to commercial due diligence (PE or corporate transactions).
• Strong financial modelling experience.
• Exceptional analytical and structuring skills.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured due-diligence assessments of emerging technologies and innovation opportunities.
• Conduct market sizing, customer segmentation, and competitive landscape analysis.
• Evaluate business model viability and commercial scalability.
• Develop investment-grade opportunity assessments.
• Translate technologies into compelling venture theses.
• Build detailed venture blueprints across market, product, customer, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.

You will assess the commercial potential of emerging technologies through rigorous market, customer, and competitive analysis, and translate insights into clear, investment‑grade recommendations. Working across venture blueprints, business models, and go‑to‑market strategies, you will help turn innovative concepts into scalable businesses while supporting VentureOne’s broader strategic priorities. This role offers significant ownership, exposure to senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to operate at the forefront of venture creation.

Minimum Requirements
