• Develop and lead the organisation's BI strategy, aligned with strategic and commercial priorities.
• Monitor and analyse market trends, industry developments, competitor activity, customer behaviour and economic factors.
• Provide senior leadership with clear, forward-looking insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead competitive intelligence, benchmarking, pricing trends and market positioning initiatives.
• Identify emerging opportunities and risks, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Develop market intelligence reports, dashboards, market outlooks and executive presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Analyse market size, growth, customer segments and geographic opportunities.
• Partner with Commercial, Strategy, Finance and Operations to answer key business questions with data-driven recommendations.
