Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Fluent in English with 15+ years IT experience, including 10+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record in IT strategy, architecture and portfolio governance.
• Experience driving innovation programmes and managing partnerships.

• Lead the development of a three-year rolling IT strategy aligned with Flydubai's plan.
• Oversee enterprise architecture, IT portfolio governance and vendor contracts.
• Develop IT operating model and champion digital transformation initiatives.
• Create an innovation ecosystem with universities and startups to pilot solutions.
• Build training programs and nurture IT talent with a high-performance culture.
• Ensure projects meet quality, budget and time constraints.
• Foster strategic partnerships and manage relationships with technology partners.
