Job summary

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in technology/data/systems management within aviation or a highly regulated engineering-related sector.
• At least 5 years at a senior management level.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute an IT and digital strategy that aligns with business objectives, supporting long-term growth and digital transformation initiatives.
• Identify, champion, and operationalize mature and emerging technologies such as AI and data analytics to improve internal operational efficiency and enhanced safety/risk management.
• Drive digitisation of asset management functions, including documentation, record-keeping, and lease management systems.
• Lead, coach, and develop technology and innovation teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Oversee robust cybersecurity protocols and risk management strategies to protect data and operations.
• Implement AI-driven process automation to streamline contracts, invoicing, and compliance checks.
