Job summary

ADIB in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned Information Security Risk Manager to oversee the full spectrum of risk management for the Group. You will assess and treat risks to confidentiality, integrity, and availability, aligning with IS governance and regulatory standards.

The role requires banking domain insight, CISSP/CRISC alignment, and collaboration with GISD and ORM teams to continuously improve risk posture and remediation effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required.
• CISSP or CRISC certifications are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee information security risk management activities.
• Review threat intelligence and reflect findings to identify risks.
• Review security assessments and penetration testing reports for risk implications.
• Identify, prioritize, and report risk scenarios to management.
• Ensure timely risk assessments per internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee risk monitoring plans and mitigation control implementation.
• Lead automation efforts for end-to-end risk management processes.
• Collaborate with governance to update policies and guidelines.
