Job summary

Jaheziya seeks an experienced Chief Fire Officer to provide strategic and operational leadership of its fire and emergency response services, ensuring 24/7 readiness and effective incident command.

You will lead workforce planning, training, and performance management, oversee fire appliances and PPE, and maintain QHSE compliance while building strong relationships with clients, authorities, and emergency-service stakeholders in high-hazard environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of fire and emergency service experience.
• At least 8 years in fire-service leadership and management, including senior command.
• Significant experience in high-hazard environments (oil & gas, petrochemical, port, aviation).
• Proven experience in complex incident command and multi-agency response.
• Fire Officer III or higher, aligned with NFPA or equivalent.
• Advanced Incident Command and Hazardous Materials Command qualifications.
• NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent QHSE qualification.

About the Role

The role is responsible for maintaining 24/7 operational readiness, effective incident command, competent personnel, serviceable vehicles and equipment, risk-based emergency response planning, and high standards of safety, compliance, and operational performance.
