Job summary

NAFFCO in Dubai is seeking a Fire Chief to provide strategic and operational leadership for the fire and emergency services across its sites. You will oversee firefighting, prevention and emergency response, develop emergency plans, manage budgets and resources, and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate operational response to fires, alarms and other emergencies.
• Develop and maintain incident command procedures with clear roles and escalation routes.
• Oversee fire risk assessments, prevention programmes and corrective actions.
• Advise on building design, fire detection and suppression systems to mitigate risk.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and external emergency services to demonstrate compliance.
