Job summary

Linked4HR Human Resources Consultancies LLC seeks a seasoned Fire Chief to lead a national fire and rescue service framework in the United Arab Emirates. You will oversee strategic plans, resource allocation, training programs, and safety initiatives to protect lives and assets across multiple high-risk environments.

The role requires 15+ years in fire service leadership, formal Fire Chief experience, and certification credentials aligning with NFPA and ICAO standards.

Qualifications

• :Minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible experience in the fire service
• -Must be existing/former Fire Chief
• -Bachelor's degree in Fire Science or related field
• -Certifications in Fire Incident Command or Fire Inspector, or equivalent
• -Proficient in NFPA and ICAO standards and codes
• -Strong leadership, budgeting and training program oversight

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and review of firefighting response plans and guidelines
• Manage a team of senior fire officers across a country-wide footprint
• Lead fire station operations and improve response times
• Oversee departmental budget and resource allocation
• Direct HR functions, staff evaluations and professional development
• Approve firefighter training programs and career development initiatives
• Develop and monitor work plans, budgets, and program outcomes
• Analyze data and trends to improve fire prevention and response strategies
