Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including significant senior executive leadership experience.
• Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, Group CEO, or equivalent.
• Extensive experience managing multi-country operations and international business activities.
• Strong track record in business growth, financial management, and commercial leadership.
• Excellent strategic planning, leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Strong understanding of international business environments and corporate governance.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
