We are conducting a confidential executive search on behalf of a leading industrial manufacturing organization in the UAE, operating within the broader Energy, Oil & Gas, and Heavy Industrial sectors, for an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a major industrial business division.

Reporting to the Group CEO, the successful candidate will assume full P&L, strategic, and operational accountability, driving business growth, international expansion, operational excellence, technological innovation, and sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Metallurgical, or related discipline); MBA advantageous.
• Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, Divisional CEO, or equivalent executive within heavy industrial manufacturing or energy-intensive industries.
• Strong track record in P&L management, business growth, and operational transformation.
• Experience in international expansion, strategic partnerships, and joint ventures.
• Strong understanding of industrial technologies, automation, and sustainability initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale operations and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent strategic leadership, commercial acumen, and board-level stakeholder management skills.
• Previous GCC or international industrial leadership experience is advantageous.
