Qualifications

• Valid tanker experience & endorsements.
• Minimum tanker experience as 2nd / Chief Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Overall in-charge of engine department and machinery operations.
• Ensure safe operation and maintenance of main engine and auxiliaries.
• Lead and supervise engine officers and ratings.
• Monitor fuel consumption, PMS, and engine performance.
• Ensure compliance with ISM, MARPOL, SOLAS, and Company SMS.
• Prevent pollution and maintain Oil Record Book.
• Coordinate inspections, repairs, and dry-dock activities.
• Report to Master and shore technical team.
