Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a newly established, flagship institution in Dubai to appoint a senior technology leader (CTO/CIO) responsible for defining and delivering the digital, AI-enabled technology foundations from day one.

The role oversees cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, data platforms and enterprise applications, shaping the operating model and partnerships with academic and operational stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Senior technology leadership experience (CTO/CIO) in large organisations.

Responsibilities

Profile

Deep exposure to AI, data platforms, emerging technologies and innovation-led environments. Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role such as CTO, CIO or equivalent. Track record of building or transforming technology capabilities via AI within complex organisations. Modern enterprise architecture and shared-platform leadership expertise. Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity and technology operations. Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation and business-critical technology programmes. Strong commercial acumen with responsibility for budgets, vendors and technology investments. Experience building, leading and developing high-performing technology teams.
