Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a senior technology leader to build and execute a technology strategy for a newly established, investment-backed organisation in Dubai. The role demands AI-driven transformation, modern architecture and a scalable operating model across the enterprise.

You will lead the technology function, govern platforms, manage budgets and vendors, and drive data-driven decision making while ensuring security, resilience and a future-ready digital ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience as CTO, CIO, or equivalent in a senior technology leadership role.
• Track record of building or transforming technology capabilities with AI in complex organisations.
• Modern enterprise architecture and shared-platform leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity and technology operations.
• Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation and critical technology programmes.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgets, vendors and technology investments.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing technology teams.
