Job summary

Al Tayer Insignia is seeking a senior technology leader to own the end-to-end architecture, engineering, and operations of a multi-brand, multi-region digital commerce ecosystem built on SFCC, SFSC, SFMC, and SAP ERP.

You will drive technology strategy, scale platforms, manage cross‑functional teams, and partner with product and business stakeholders to deliver high‑quality digital experiences across omnichannel touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commerce technology leadership with SFCC knowledge.
• Proven experience in SFCC SFRA and Headless architectures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Set technology vision, roadmap, and execution for digital commerce.
• Lead cross-functional teams across SFCC, BE, mobile apps, QA, DevOps.
• Oversee end-to-end integrations with SAP S4, OMS, PIM, and payments.
• Define security posture and performance optimization across platforms.
• Partner with Product, UX, Marketing and Operations to align roadmaps.
