Job summary

Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai seeks a results-driven analyst to empower the CEO Office with performance data, directives, and audit actions. You will produce concise, data-backed recommendations and executive summaries across Licensing Agency units.

You will track correspondence, validate data, prepare reports, and monitor committee activities to support timely decision-making and continuous service improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree required.
• 3+ years with Master’s, 5+ years with Bachelor, 11+ years with Diploma in related area.
• Preferred: PMP/PRINCE2 or PM fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Recommend service-development improvements based on performance insights and committee evaluations.
• Track outgoing/incoming correspondence for the CEO and maintain official records; oversee follow up on recommendation closures.
• Review service development plans, validate data and change requests before escalation, and coordinate improvement plan follow up with concerned units.
• Provide analytical reports to the Executive Office for decision making and progress tracking.
• Close audit comments for the CEO Office via the Risk Self Assessment (RSA) platform.

Roles And Responsibilities

Strategy

• Recommend service‐development improvements based on consolidated performance insights and committee evaluations.

Operations

• Track outgoing/incoming correspondence for the CEO and maintain official records and oversee follow up on recommendation closures.
• Review service development plans, validate data and change requests before escalation, and coordinate improvement plan follow up with concerned units.
• Provide analytical reports to the Executive Office for decision making and progress tracking.
• Analyze and consolidate performance data from Licensing Agency units for integrated reporting.
• Maintain and analyze a database of CEO visit recommendations and prepares executive summaries.
• Close audit comments for the CEO Office via the Risk Self Assessment (RSA) platform.
• Monitor and evaluate committee and team performance via the Committee Tracking System (CTS), ensuring standards compliance and timely reporting of recommendations.

Product/Process Improvement

• Recommend enhancements to committee evaluation criteria, reporting templates, and service development data quality to improve decision lead times and traceability.
• Utilize data analysis tools to identify improvement areas and developmental recommendations.
