Job summary

Kinetic Business Solutions is recruiting a Business Development Specialist for its Dubai team. The role focuses on developing a strong sales pipeline, building lasting customer relationships, and pursuing new business opportunities in the chemicals sector, with emphasis on food-industry applications.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of sales experience, a chemistry-related degree, and a valid UAE driving license. English communication skills are essential; Arabic is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (required).
• 2–5 years of sales experience (minimum).
• B2B experience with chemicals used in the food industry is required.
• Strong network within UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain.
• UAE driver’s license is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to grow portfolio and acquire new customers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities to hit sales targets.
• Prepare and maintain regular sales and BD reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers on technical requirements, product specs, and purchasing matters.
• Provide technical support to customers and ensure high-quality service.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
