Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai seeks a Chef de Rang for our Tasca team to deliver exceptional guest service in a luxury hotel setting. You will manage a station, support supervisors, and ensure accurate order processing and guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least 2 years’ experience as a senior waiter/chef de rang, strong English, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with precision. Dubai-based, on-site role with opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• High School qualification or equivalent preferred.
• Degree or Higher National Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant with highest levels of service preferred.
• Luxury hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold a section in the restaurant.
• Assist supervisors with daily checklists.
• Explain RB&E concepts and offerings to guests.
• Ensure mise en place is completed for service.
• Operate POS to process orders.
• Deliver service with courtesy and efficiency.
• Ensure dishes meet hotel standards and RB&E specs.
• Assist with stock checks and cashiering procedures.
