Job summary

Kerzner International is hiring a Chef de Partie for One&Only The Palm Dubai. The role oversees a designated kitchen section, maintaining high food quality, hygiene, and cost control while leading junior staff and ensuring smooth service.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in a 5-star hotel or resort kitchen, strong culinary knowledge, and excellent English communication, with flexibility to support across the kitchen brigade.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an upscale 5-star hotel or resort kitchen.
• Strong culinary knowledge and solid understanding of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build strong working relationships across the kitchen brigade.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of an additional language is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your designated section according to kitchen standards (FIFO, hygiene, HACCP).
• Assist with the creation of menu items and daily specials.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and minimize waste.
• Train and supervise junior staff and coordinate with Sous Chef and Head Chef.
• Ensure timely preparation and smooth flow during service hours.
• Collaborate with other kitchen sections to ensure seamless service.
